1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours, at weekends, or during holiday periods will be processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods—such as exam seasons or product launches—processing times may be slightly longer.

2. UK Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom using reliable courier/postal services.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): Estimated 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery (Courier): Estimated 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.


3. International Shipping

IDTA Sales ships to many international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, local postal service, and customs processing.

Typical Delivery Estimates

  • Standard International: 5–14 business days
  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout after selecting your destination.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
  • All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • IDTA Sales is unable to estimate these costs, as they vary by country.

Items refused due to customs fees may not be eligible for full refunds.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, this email will include a tracking number and instructions on how to track your parcel.


6. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at sales@idta.co.uk with your order number.

  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first.
  • IDTA Sales cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service.
  • We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of any damage or defects
  • a brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or provide the appropriate support.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to:

  • Certain countries subject to shipping restrictions or sanctions
  • Locations where local regulations prevent delivery

If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified and refunded.


9. Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
