Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Credit/Debit card (using either the WorldPay or PayPal services) or PayPal.
Q: How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
A: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive this, check your spam folder — or contact us.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are typically shipped within one business day. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected.
Q: Do you ship internationally (or outside the UK)?
A: Yes we ship to international destinations using either Royal Mail International or DPD delivery services.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: If you choose the DPD delivery option we can provide you with a tracking ID. Use that to track your delivery via the courier’s website.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return / refund policy?
A: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Please email us at sales@idta.co.uk (or use the contact form) with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions on how and where to send the item.
Product Questions
Q: Where can I find product information (dimensions, materials, care instructions)?
A: Each product page includes a description and specifications. If you need more detail, contact us and we will be happy to help.
Q: My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?
A: We’re sorry! Please contact us immediately (within two days of receiving) with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We’ll provide instructions for return/replacement.
